Whatever the Quora did that they should have stopped taken action to punish was thrown aside. The citizens were now finding the Quora committing crimes against them that the security services did nothing about..
Blinded by those who took over in such huge numbers they swamped and savagely beat down those who dared to oppose them. Executions were quick and publicly broadcast to incite fear.
Communication, resistance was almost impossible. THEY the Quora had established using the AI entity as their shield their forewarned armies of those who they had taken, converted and inserted a ‘thistle’ into the brain that took away all reason, all resistance and left the individuals obedient to their masters.
More primitive than the Orians ‘Pite’ it would last for a short time before it ate the brain tissue to leave a zombie apocalypse.. not that that worried the Quora.. they used such demented beings to smash any opposition..
Against such numbers such terror the zones on Solus 3 were constantly under attack.
No respite and the use of machines the weapons that were carried by such robotic forces slaughtered thousands.. but the destruction of all and anything in their path changed the lanscape forever.
NO hiding place.. the resistance? Fled tp places the Quora had little interest in.
Mountain areas.. caves and that included subterranean ones that they had discovered uncovered.

Even those who submitted could end up slaves. enslaved to serve others to be used and abused without mercy to sate the insidious intent of their aggressors.

The invasion by the Orians brought some changes. More selective choices leaving certain zones to the invaders who did not interfere with the activities of the Quora
It also helped the Quora because those they had not managed to subjugate the Orians easily took over. Likewise the Orians liked the fact that the Quora took care of any resistance against them.
