Richards had joined ORIAS in his twenties. After what he had seen that night he was loath for some years to talk about it until one evening when he had been talking to a female called Lisbeth? "The first time I saw them, they freaked me out. Their skin and bodies are so perfect, its scary." It transpired that since his encounter the Aliens had done some rethinking of their as she called them 'Regens.'
Not all of them now looked the same. They also had little blemishes to their skin tones. One thing had not changed. Their eyes. Something about them, the moment she looked into them, she knew was a giveaway. A second dark ring to the pupil that Humans did not have!
Sef was an Alien. Four others who were involved in taking out what were deemed to be, those who could compromise their infiltrations. Their geneticists were key to their working on ways to weaken the Human race. Using them as test subjects, seizing some of them, examining them to see how the various viruses and toxins had affected their physiology, their biology.
Hoffen at ORIAS understood the risks all too well in their ventures to expose, to trap and seize the Aliens. ORIAS had powers that went beyond all other Government restrictions. Not just the UK, across the world. The USA since Project Blue Book had joined forces almost instantly with ORIAS. Richards was more than aware of the possibility of retaliation from the one he had recognized.
They had no intentions of seizing her. Now they knew, they wanted to watch her, study her, see what she got up to. Track those she met up with to see if they were of her race.
Sef had arrived to find Richards driving off in his BMW 6 series. Tracking it and following him, he would prime the anti matter weapon carefully to take him out. Along the country road towards a forest area. Minutes later he fired the rocket propelled device as it slammed into the BMW. Minutes later the last inches of it eaten away to nothing. Including Richards. Problem solved.
"He's gone." Hoffen moved to shake hands with Richards. "Well done! Right speed and that remote drive unit, worked perfectly. The dummy was a nice touch! The car switch was spot on! Had me wondering if it would work but you guys once again, impress me.
Richards had shifted ahead of Sef. Around the corner and vanishing into a field, hidden by the hedge as the vehicle Sef had been in, flashed past. Ahead of him an identical Blue Series 6 BMW. "Thing is with that anti matter weapon, there is nothing left for them to examine. So the dummy or you, they would not have been able to tell the difference." "I hope." Richards started to grin. "There was nothing personal meant by that!"
"The risk has been eliminated. I doubt given the time that has transpired, he had time to tell anyone of any measure. Nyaki can be as one with the BEAST until we are 100% certain they no longer have any suspicion?" "Good!"
"Probably about three months. Usual time period." Hoffen looked at Stuart. "We're putting you into the place from July onwards. Keep your distance until we give you the nod?" "So how long have we had them amongst us?"
"We can't say for certain. Some interesting historical facts turn up every now and then to indicate that they have been around a lot longer than we first thought. That includes some interesting pictures painted over the years. Ones that show a hundred years between them with the same face or faces in them?
We're sure they use Portals found across the planet to enter Earth. The conclusion we have come to, as to why their visits are so irregular, is due to those Portals opening and closing at different times. Existing in one dimension or another but not the same consistently. What we think, adds the time component is due to Black holes. Our scientists are doing more and more work on them but for now, knowledge is pretty vague."
"They don't communicate with their race from space. They have an established network on Earth. At the core of that, is who they take their orders from. Whoever it is, is well protected, screened. So far we have NOT been able to discover who or where.
