Clancy had been a major pain in the ass as a kid from early teens onwards. NOT that he was stupid. A bright and promising student that often went on a bender as his mates called it, often joining him.

He had a charming yet calculating mannerism about him that attracted Kensa from the first moment they clapped eyes on each other. Devious, cunning, conniving they were indeed a match.

Intelligent? Loving to indulge in all carnal activities they could, whenever, wherever? On this ocassion in the stores area at the back of the main utility section.

To say that Kensa was getting her hands on his utilities was an understatement. She had the control lever engaging all the right gears to shift her to the point where he had picked up speed at a rate she was anticipating was about to kick him into overdrive.

They heard the screams. Too far in the throes of no return on his part, Clancy was stopping for no one! Let alone any such as these abominations! Minutes later. He slumped down.

Kensa was catching her breath. The screams getting louder and closer? Now both of them carried weapons. Not the usual kind of recognizable ones. Stolen or copied Alien tech? Having dressed they made their way to the hatch to cautiously open it and step through it.

One of those things in front of them? It had not seen them but it could HEAR them and it could SMELL them!

The moment it moved its head in their direction Kensa had fired the weapon. The thing dropped like a piece of lead hitting the deck. "Jeez that thing is ugly! You seen the teeth on that thing, those front ones!" "Must be a bitch cleaning em!
Wonder if it flosses!" Kensa was laughing, albeit quietly!

About five minutes later they were in a part of the Space station few ever went into. Maintenance area. Opening a small hatch Clancy took out a small pad almost the size of an iPad. He ran his fingers over the screen as it illuminated.

On Earth? Cornwall. ORIAS HQ. Now aware of the take over of the space station? "You know what to do?!" Kensa looked at Clancy. He grabbed the small pouch headed over to the air filtration units. Kensa had given him a small device that fitted across his nostrils.

"It won't affect us. BUT they will die, all of them including the Alien intruders." "You having second thoughts?" Kensa shook her head. "There's too many of the Aliens and their pets here. After what they did to the lunar base? Kill em all! Let it be a warning to them."

Clancy opened the unit, took the vials from the pouch, slipped on a glove unit, threw the vials into the open compartment and closed it. There was a hiss as his fingers slid across the control panel. "Time to go." Five minutes later a small orb ejected from the space station. Headed towards Earth at speed and into the stratosphere and down, down down at speed.

Talos had been with several others of the crew, still alive. The abomination in front of him was not alone. At least five others. Two of those females with the weapons? Across the space station at least another fifty of those things. As for the females with the weapons?

Ariaki had been talking to one of the females. Zansi was one of her favorites. "Stay there until the main fleet arrives and then you can return to my craft. I need to have someone there who I can trust to ensure there are no problems." Suddenly she saw Zansi grip her throat? Difficulty in breathing? The moment Zansi had stared at the screen showing the prisoners; dying? She knew the terrible truth.

Dead. All of them. Not one of them aboard the space station alive. Ariaki was inconsoleable. HOW could they sacrifice their own so easily?! Whatever had been used was dispersed into space. Examining those who had been killed?
Ariaki blew the space station into pieces. The risk of further contamination to others was too great. Even to their pets.

She had been wise to follow her intuition. Clancy had used Thrax9332 A mix of Sarin gas and Anthrax. ORIAS had the feedback from the devices planted to monitor the outcome. The Aliens were not resistant to it. THAT future wise would be invaluable.

"You did well." Kensa poured a drink handed it to Clancy. "There will be more of them. This fight is just beginning."
"Are the Regens active?" Ariaki nodded. "Teach them a lesson. Destroy the nucleur power center. Irradiate them."
The projectile slammed into the Nucleur power station with such force the whole of the shell disintegrated.

It released dust over the area. Carbon lifeforms? Ceased to exist. Safety barriers and cooling gone. Hours before a full melt down. "So your great great great grandparent was Celeste?" Twinkle as he called her, smiled. She slid back the upper part of the weapon, took aim and fired. These creatures, spawn of the devil? She had taken the head off one of them. He took the head off the other.

"Sheez some days I really love my job!"

TO be continued.
