Galactiva Nu Dex Annil 4 (Inter Galactic Law section referring to HEREDITARY assention ) declares, ‘It is an offence for any other race to cause or to cause to be caused any permanent damage to or changes to a [Humana DNA] * without their proven consent, the penalty if such an offence is committed and proven beyond doubt is execution.

Without modification or amendment, unless sanctioned by the Inter Galactic Law Federation’s Justices (keepers of the law)also to prevent abuse or priviledge, [Nu Dex Anni Adnum388p44q863901c2b] adds that any status, is applicable, and no exclusions are tolerated, so whether you are a commoner or of any Royal house the law applies.
IF the FEMALE, who initiated the EMERGENCE, as it is known, is present and monitors changes taking place, she can help, by topping up a chemical called Jasnequate, a slow release chemical which acts as a control preventing main chemical unbalance to occur from Ixonic 1, it is the reaction, of Ixonic 1 which causes Humana death.
Unfortunately it can, if it reaches a low level, be compromised. What the female can do is to trickle from her saliva, tiny amounts of the same Jasnequate underneath his tongue, allowing fairly rapid absorption, restoring the balance.
Such action gives an improved chance of the change being smooth, responsive and without, major permanent side effects, called Ixonicmytecohydphemoxin (IXONIC serum ) it adds three key components to the fertility cycle,
[1] The missing part of the gene bank ‘the ani-morph pro active cells ‘ on a temporary basis, feeding it to the human reproductive ‘sperm’. When the human fertilises the ani-morph it has the extra ingredients, to ensure safe, careful reproduction.
[2 ] Gives the male a massively high sperm count, which is possible of fertilising over 2000 of the Animorphs eggs ONLY a max of 5, that are produced by the Animorph from her hundreds, she produces ‘on heat’, are finally fertilized. There have been the odd exceptions with 6 births but rare.
[3] Lastly a chemical is produced, when as Dram put it ‘he pees’ It is released (usually sprayed by the Animoph male at a female ) in a KETLEVLING it triggers a receptive chemical in her as we would call it, puts her ‘on heat’ and makes BOTH parties extremely receptive to each other, by heightening SMELL, TOUCH, and an uncontrollable, heightened DESIRE to instantly copulate.
It also continues, until the male discharges, the last of the Ixonic1, usually within 24 hours of fierce copulation, with as many as 10 females guaranteeing on average 8 of those females will produce strong 24 (3x8) healthy Animorphs.
The problem and why, the laws are in place?
There are some MAJOR complications during and after injecting the male host.
[1] A nasty side effect, called Ixonic infection, where the Ixonic serum mutates and produces toxins (This appears to apply to HUMANA ONLY ) body temperature plummets, rapidly recovers and then, does the reverse uncontrollably. Resulting in a fever and a release, of a final toxin, called Ixonic4 which leaves the victim paralysed or DEAD.
[2] Massive dehydration, if body fluids, lost by a diuretic effect are not monitored and maintained.
[3] Unsocial and unexplainable behaviour patterns of affection, euphoria directed towards females, but with really badly affected males, towards other males !
[4] When IXONIC 1 is deliberately injected, it causes an ANI MORPH transformation EMERGENCE REACTION there is NO set time, for the full effect, to take place, but usually happens IF, it is successful within 3 earth days.
The most controversial of all is known where the Animorph cells, attack the host’s genetic DNA, producing changes that can not be reversed, IT can cause emotional, psycholgoical and physical trauma.
If the host body rejects, or his immune system attempts, to overide the DNA changes taking place, inexplicable unforeseen changes can result in mutation, paralysis, color and other changes on a permanent basis.
