No, the BBC has not announced that Russell T. Davies will leave Doctor Who;
in fact, he is confirmed to be returning as
showrunner for a 2026 Christmas special and a new season.
While some speculation online suggests he might depart after this,
the BBC has stated the show will continue under his leadership  ???
