The rebel encampment was not so large on the outside. From the air it seemed a minor settlement of no real significance to those dominating Solus 3 (Earth). The caves were massive some natural others created to house the THOUSANDS of those hiding out from the aggressors. 
The ones who had sought to dominate, to subjugate others; ENSLAVE others. Force them to submit to rules and regulations that of course favored them.
The old gangs who terrorized and spread rumors, incited fear.
Using Ai surveillance and the means to track whatever activities
ANY they chose to monitor to ultimately CONTROL.
Rules still existed, had to.. NO society or communal group can exist without some form of oversight.
The justice that reviewed and assessed what was good bad or indifferent made up from those from within the community.
Disputes settled amicably no real hostility.
Give and take, ruled.. supreme. Certain sections were restricted. Mostly to stop any of the Kets (kids) from straying into dangerous areas.
Storage areas included not only essential products such as foodstuffs, but purified water kept in the even local sources could end up polluted.. deliberately contaminated.
For Ellie and Poddy the tech laboratories proved invaluable in their quest to secure better options for protecting the encampment.
Poddy could direct her using access to the archives aboard the Ai entity craft.. NODU’s main craft.

Rich in vital elements for better health and well being were finding all round success.

There was no claim on her part that she was. Her ‘Visage’ (uniform) was military. or so you could be led to believe,. Also some of her apparel represented an iClone but that she definitely was not.
NOR was she a carbon based life form.. Human(a) ? NO! HOWEVER she had some of the best features from some of the Elite Human(a) looks and body form had her many admirers.

Her bio form could land a punch hard and fast.
Many would be nervous about challenging her.
Yie she considered amusing. The way she dressed sometimes in what they had called ‘Renais’ saw her dressed in out dated ‘costume’. in certain situations was impractical.
Yet Yie appeared to enjoy the moment she could as she put it, flounce around wearing her latest attire.
She liked shiny wear and Zad to her was a little mundane in seldom, nay NEVER wearing anything else. Preferences aside Ellie and Poddy always wore traditional clothing.
Mostly hand made. Woven seldom ever bought. Yes they had been lucky in the raids carried out. iClones seldom ever wore clothing that was not mass produced
The shells were totally designed to be self sufficient re how the appearance ie clothing was or became active.
NOT that Zad ever commented on those factors. Yie was she had discovered a highly intelligent and with no doubts on her part as had on several occasions been proved correct.; resourceful, cunning and highly intelligent. The A sexual relationship she had perceived between her and Nodu was of no real relevance.
It echoed, the same sentiments, they shared. IF shared was relevant. NO one really knew where Zad came from nor on reflection; Yie. They had appeared out of nowhere aboard the satellite. All that was known and KNOWN it definitely was; was that Nodu was an Arcan..

Shifting from one place to another in the blink of an eye was somewhat or could be; somewhat annoying. NOT always in control re that had been made clear to both Nodu and Yie.
For Zad it was a little more of a norm to be able to transport herself but the use of Crystals was her norm.
She was NOT an ancient from an ancient race, Yie and Nodu both had their suspicion. Zad had a peculiarly adept understanding of the Celestial Clock ..

The Sisuai, were unable to do anything UNTIL the Celestial Clock was fully restored.
Zad had been close to Yie watching her working with Ellie and Poddy.. Constructing some small devices for jamming spy surveillance.
