“I’ve had that feeling since I woke up this morning!“ “I’ll get the Monicons to do a security sweep and run some system checks.“ “Make sure they’re armed just in case.“ “That bad?!“ Corky nodded. “Well I will say, you’re not usually wrong! I’ve staked my life on it more than once.“ “Likewise on yours! Nothing?“ Serenia shook her head. “Nope! Nothing, since that Transparent left. Of course, I knew the dammed thing had arrived here, before it stepped off that craft. Similar sensation to the one I get when I'm close to a 'Petty', you know one of Pettifers girls!" She grins, he starts to laugh. .

One squeeze was enough to have most Kets screaming. Serenia held out her hand and then retracted it! Gelea was grinning. Placing a Shelde in front of Gelea, Corky pointed to it and a map appeared. “I want you to put together your own team, go check the service areas here and here. Report in every fifteen minutes. ANYTHING amiss, shout. I mean, the slightest thing out of place?“ Gelea nodded. Serenia looked at her, smiled. “What he also means, is be on your guard. Gelea appeared to be somewhat relieved. “Well, all we can do now is wait.“ “I’m over to the main control centre. Gelea had assembled ten Kets. They were armed and formed part of a detachment that were also joined by a Monicon and an Opticon. Special suits and eye wear that allowed them an optical interface with both. Gelea had an extra eye interface that worked with the Monicon. “Report ANYTHING you find disturbed, moved, shifted that indicates the presence of someone who should NOT have been there. These places are out of bounds to Kets unless specially detailed to be there.
No authorization has been granted in the last two weeks. Keep your eyes and of course YOUR EARS open. DON’T rely solely on the Opticons.“ Serenia had been within ions of the class she was teaching when she saw La Toyah? Now that was unexpected. “Good choice you made there. Choosing Gelea.“ She smiled passed her without saying anything more. If Serenia had wondered at her remark it would be improper for her to question it, or to venture her curiosity.

You don’t think that whatever is happening is connected to the Kets in the Stratorium undergoing their trials?” Hoki had been close to La Toyah. Out of sight? Listening? She went to join Gelea. IF there was something amiss that might affect the current game situation with the Kets in the Strat? She wanted to know. Anything that might put Heliera at risk? “I doubt it, the systems are far too complex and sophisticated to be that easily compromised.
Safety systems kick in should anything fail.” La Toyah smiled to herself. Hoki had thought she had gone undetected? NOT by La Toyah. Her systems had detected the unknown and identified it as Simeron. Only one, one possible variable to that. Hoki. “Well of course, but we’re not expecting to find anything.“ Kephra smiled.
Gelea was somewhat pleased to have Hoki with them. Her powers went way beyond any of theirs. if there was anything out of the norm ahead, she would know well before they did.“So how are you liking the Akademy?”
In the Stratorium? The Kets were now being deposited onto the planets surface. Doona had already started to gather some of the materials they would need to protect themselves. Passing some to Lilia. “UNPLEASANT to most organics. So make sure we keep our stocks on that for the unpredictable?” Some of the others nodded as they too, took onboard his advice.
They made moves to pick up, well collect, small amounts, to deposit for future use. Uanita had within her hand, the Likorian crystal, remember? The one that had been found during the earlier snow ball fight? She had had this overpowering sense that at all costs, it was NOT to be surrendered nor disposed of by her for any reason.
